We are in need of advice in setting up our accounting process/system. Our needs have outgrown our current set up and we are seeing to implement a Quickbooks or similar set up. Advice needed focuses on Chart of Accounts, transaction processing and both accounting and management reporting. Must have experience with setting up these for a small non-profit and ideally with some activities ex-US. Knowledge of Spanish helps but is not mandatory.Clínica Verde is not just a clinic – it’s a center of excellence in community health that celebrates the dignity of all who enter our doors. A place where people want to go. We are having great success in the delivery of services, but we need some help revamping our accounting capabilities. This should not be an onerous project but is one with great impact!

We have a very committed and involved Board, most based in the US and readily available. Project can be done remotely.
Already have manual processes in place and an operating environment, so not starting from scratch.

At least one Board member is a taproot volunteer consultant so is fully aware of the process (just does not have expertise in this area).
