Project need

We need a youth entrepreneurship and mentoring program designed. The mentoring piece will be done by the diaspora and Friends of Puerto Rico and the youth entrepreneurship will allow kids from The Maria Generation to develop skills that lead to self-sufficiency and having the entrepreneurship mindset needed to be prepared for the workforce Inspired by the documentary of Poverty Inc. we wish to develop the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs that will build a prosperous future for Puerto Rico. We work with at-risk kids in Puerto Rico that are hurricane Maria survivors, this is the Maria generation. With poverty levels up to 80% in kids under 18 years living in Puerto Rico we need to empower, develop and create the next generation of entrepreneurs that have the skills and networks that will allow them to be successful. We will make time to provide the information needed to successfully complete this project. We have basic information and a solid vision of what we wish to accomplish and are looking for a volunteer that can lead the design of the program
