Inner Strength Foundation
Press release development
We need assistance developing press releases. We have received numerous accolades and awards and we need assistance getting into the press and would like some interviews and additional press coverage for our work in Philadelphia schools. Inner Strength Foundation is empowering inner city youth with the tools of mindful contemplation and developmental thinking. Our goal is to build more awareness of this innovative education program that has supported over 5,500 teens since 2014. The exposure will directly enable more teens to receive this 12-week in-school mindfulness, compassion, and brain science training.
Assistance with drafting a press release will provide us a guidance and a template for producing future releases. A distribution list will also give us guided direction on future press releases.
- Create professional Press Release template, boiler plate, and appropriate tags for Inner Strength
- Write initial press release (theme and content provided by Inner Strength)
- Research, recommend, set up account on free press release distribution service
- Research and recommend media list for our field of non-profit/education/mental-behavioral health/teen issues/mindfulness in schools
The Inner Strength Foundation cultivates the minds, hearts, and actions of at risk youth by teaching them mindfulness tools and how to see their experience in a developmental context.
We provide in-school mindfulness educational programs for teens to broaden their view on life and support them to achieve their higher aspirations. Our in-school interventions support whole person development. We enhance students' ability to self regulate, cultivate calm and focus, increase empathy and responsibility for self and other, and kindle their interest in learning.
Our vision is of a world in which all young people are supported to realize their higher potentials and create a world that benefits all.
We value C.A.R.E: Compassion, Awareness, Respect, and Education.
