Grant writing assistance
We are applying for USAID's "Development Innovation Ventures (DIV)" grant. The award goes to innovative programs that test and scale creative solutions addressing global development challenges. We would be applying for Stage 3: Scaling (a $5,000,000 award for up to 5 years), and need a skilled grant writer to help us ensure our application is compelling enough to win. Experience working with USAID or US Government grants is even more helpful. We have been approached by numerous NGOs in about 14 countries with interest in replicating our model. In order to do so, we need to secure funding and strategic partnerships to allow us to reach those vulnerable children across the globe. If we were able to get the USAID grant, we would be able to launch programs in all 14 countries, empowering numerous women as our teachers, and reach approximately 15,000 children. The investment of your time would be invaluable to the lives of the little ones who have no one protecting their interests. Our founder and regional program manager have been reviewing the DIV specifications to ensure we are eligible, and what information we need to put at the forefront of the application. Both these team members have written grants before, and have been awarded more than 7. With the help of a skilled volunteer, we are certain that this team can show how our innovative approach can and will revolutionize how children learn in crisis settings.
