Project Overview
TogetherWell, a mental health non-profit, is looking for an Administrator to join our Podcast team! We are looking for someone to handle the coordination of production schedules and workflow across the Podcast department, manage guests, and coordinate sponsorships for the podcast.
Responsibilities include:
· Create episode calendars and recording schedules to ensure all podcast launch & episode release dates are met
· Assign work and coordinate with editors and copywriters to ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
· Act as Quality Assurance to ensure each episode meets final production standards
· Producing ideas and strategies to improve our podcast production workflow process
· Create an interview schedule & conduct communications for guest availability
· Ensure guest recording prep & setup
· Complete host prep by conducting guest research, creating a guest file with suggested questions, background, etc. for the podcast host
· Conduct initial contact and manage follow-up communications for sponsorship leads, working closely with CEO and Podcast team
About You:
· Has the ability to work independently and on a team and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Innovative self-starter.
· Strong writing skills.
· Eagle eye for typos.
· Experience with scheduling and organizing.
