Responsibilities include identifying potential grant opportunities that align with our mission and goals; providing a list of grant prospects along with detailed information on their application requirements and deadlines; preparing well-researched, well-written grant proposals and applications; tailoring each proposal to the specific requirements of the granting organization; collaborating with our team to develop a strategic plan for fundraising and grant acquisition; providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise; maintaining records of grant applications, responses, and outcomes; and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for reporting and follow-up.

We'd like the volunteer to have proven experience in grant writing and development, preferably in the nonprofit sector; strong research and analytical skills to identify suitable grant opportunities; and excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
