We need one volunteer who is skilled at editing short (6-minute) videos to help us add subtitles onto 2 or 3 videos (we will provide the text), and to make minor changes to the video such as adding a music soundtrack in parts or rearranging a segment. It would be great if you could also show us what you are doing so we can do it for ourselves in the future!

We are launching a new project called Community Empowerment (COMET) throughout our global network in over 80 countries. This project will work in poor and marginalized communities through our local NGO partners, helping the communities to decide on and implement their own development projects. In order to roll the project out to our network, we will conduct a webinar-style presentation about the project on Zoom, which will be live-streamed on YouTube at the same time. However, some of our partners live in places without sufficient bandwidth to give their talk live. Therefore, we have asked them to record and send us their presentation as an MP4. We will need to add subtitles and tweak the presentations a little to be sure they are clear and compelling. This is our first time doing this, so we need help -- but we would love to learn how to do it for ourselves in the future. This is a steep learning curve and a huge step forward for us in reaching out to audiences with our work. Your help on the videos will be key to a compelling presentation, now and in the future.

We have a small team of three people handling the technical aspects of preparing the entire Zoom presentation and seven people who will be speakers. Three of these speakers will create a 5 - 7 minute video for their presentation. One of these videos has already been sent in, and the other two will come in shortly. We will implement the Zoom presentation in April, and livestream it to YouTube, where it will remain for people to see on our YouTube channel.
