We need help customizing Hubspot to streamline our process of collecting and maintaining key information on community members.

Our nonprofit is in the opening stages of leveraging a CRM. We are open to other CRMs but are strongly leaning toward Hubspot at the moment. We need a way to collect contacts of potential volunteers, community members, donors, etc.

GSG is a 501c3 nonprofit in the early stages. We are less than two years old and are 100% volunteer-driven. We have lots of volunteer opportunities and have exploded in popularity among the families we serve.

We have watched a Hubspot demo, but lack the skills to set it up in a way that is functional for our team. As soon as Hubspot is working we will start importing our contacts. We are open to other CRMs as well based on our volunteer's expertise.
