We need to rebuild our website to ensure it is user-friendly, streamlined, contemporary, and accessible for our community.

As a dance school, it is imperative that we have a clear, understandable website to better reflect the work that is happening in the school and on stage. Ultimately, we need to build a new site, ideally using WordPress, that can be regularly maintained by our small administrative team. The site needs to integrate registration software content and make it simple to sign up for classes, find helpful information, and to give to our nonprofit.

Our 30-year-old South Side Chicago dance school is growing and changing, but our website gives the impression of an outdated organization that may or may not be still in operation! Parents struggle to find the right information or to sign up for classes, information is cramped and overwhelming, and the website is built on a platform that can't even host video.

With our current site, we know we lose out on potential business. We don't meet minimum SEO standards, so our Google searches aren't generating what they should. We do not accurately represent the dynamic, contemporary, engaging organization that we are, and people have to come into the building to understand who we are and what we do. We need your help rebuilding our site to bring us into 2024!

We have worked with a brand and content strategist to develop a site map, content overview, and a refreshed brand strategy. We can provide that packet, along with time with our staff (ED, Communications lead, etc) to help move this project forward regularly. We are ready to roll and are looking for a finished website to go live at the end of our project.
