Project Overview
We need a PR and communications professional to, generate press, pitches, and media attention. We are looking for someone to help our organization with pitch and article placement. Also, help us put together a press kit.We need a Digital/ Public Relation expert to help us generate press, that turns into article placement. We need help writing and sending out press releases/ pitches to news outlets, magazines, television, national and local media. In addition, we need help identifying opportunities for print, digital media that will help us to create a stronger brand identity, to promote both awareness of our organization and funding. This project would help us promote our organization. In addition to new programs and services of helping communities and people in need. Our organization needs to secure funding and a PR professional could help us do this. We have been able to get some press on our own, but having a professional working on article placement would be ideal. This way we can reach larger outlets.
Nonprofit Overview
Project Petals, an organization focused on revitalizing underserved, low-income and under-resourced communities. By introducing community members with the necessary tools, funding and connections they need to transform their communities, Project Petals works to solve community development disparities, detrimental environmental conditions. With a mission to alleviate the socioeconomic divide as well as bring awareness to environmental and urban degradation issues, they help people advocate for their own neighborhoods and in return, people learn how to advocate for themselves.
