Marketing strategy for child healthcare organization
Mobile Care is a children's health nonprofit that has provided no-cost medical care to children in need for 19 year. Our founders started the organization to treat asthma since asthma rates are high in low-income neighborhoods while care is hard to access. Recently we expanded to provide dental services. We have yet to reconcile these two very different services into a cohesive message. We need to make a marketing strategy that will attract our donors, community partners, and potential patients most effectively. Mobile Care is entering its 20th year and is exploring options for celebrating this milestone while looking to the future. In the past 5 years, Mobile Care has grown from treating 1,000 children per year to treating 8,000 children per year. Yet, the need is even greater. Mobile Care needs to expand its reach and improve its marketing if it is going to be able to expand further.
We have our logo and will have results from limited AB testing that we are about to conduct. The project will be implemented by the Development Manager and social media volunteers.
Mobile Care Chicago’s mission is to deliver no-cost medical and preventative care, education, and support to low-income children and families within their native communities aboard mobile medical clinics.
