Project need

We are requesting support for the integration of Salesforce. We are a small nonprofit and have manageable data and two employees (myself, the development director, as well as an admin employee) who are eager to get to work with a CRM volunteer in importing our data and potentially integrating a few platforms. We are happy to do the grunt of the work regarding the cleaning of all the records and other time consuming tasks. We need an expert to confirm that our action plan is up to par. We would love additional assistance in integrating MailChimp, Classy, and Quickbooks with our NPSP, as well as providing any additional recommendations to other platforms or Salesforce specifications that would benefit our organization. I was the project manager at my previous job for a Taproot grant for Salesforce. I am extremely familiar with the integration process and potential scope for a successful integration.

Our sanctuary has just expanded from a 40-acre property to a 336-acre historic farm, dating back to the civil war. The farm was also a player in the underground railroad. With preserved land, expansive fields, barns, stables, and abundant nature, this property is ideal to be the new home of our over 200 rescued animals. We are also currently working on conservation initiatives like our Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary, opening in the spring. Our organization has the potential to have a huge impact on future generations through our humane education, animal rescue and conservation work. As we expand we need to have a 360 degree view of our donors, supporters, visitors, volunteers, and those who make purchases from our food product line. A CRM is vital for our organization and we have the team to make sure that our CRM is properly managed and used to it's fullest capabilities.

We have already applied for and received the NPSP. Myself and one other employee are taking the online training to learn about implementation. She is focusing mostly on the data importation and I on integrations and potential specifications. Once we have one or two volunteers leading the way, we will be available for as many hours as needed weekly to get the job done and we have the full support from the organization's president and co-founders. I will serve as Salesforce admin and ensure proper maintenance of the CRM once the project is complete.
